Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully deflate the spa and place all parts, including the pump and liners, back into the original box with all manuals and accessories included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
